Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptional with the best shower and a spacious layout offering a nice view of Battery Park and the plains of Abraham. The service was top-notch, especially when I needed to change rooms for a quieter one. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the old Quebec area and surrounded by great dining options. The dining experience was above average, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel was more spacious than necessary but very drab and small, which led to basic accommodations. There was a lot of street noise up to 4 am from across the street, which affected the overall experience. However, the service was exceptional with very courteous staff. The location was excellent, being central to all the cool things to do in Quebec City. The dining experience was wonderful, offering above-average buffet options, yet somewhat limited for this class of hotel. The hotel lacked some facilities needed for a more comfortable stay.
The hotel offers cozy rooms with wooden floors at a slightly higher price point, but the service is exceptional with friendly staff providing useful tips. The central location is a major highlight, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, just steps from the parliament building. While the dining options may be limited, the facilities are convenient for a pleasant stay.
The hotel is located close to the Old City and offers a convenient stay near restaurants and attractions. The rooms are a bit crowded with furniture and lack natural light, which can impact the overall comfort. However, the friendly service and excellent location enhance the experience despite some drawbacks.
The hotel is situated in a convenient location, making it perfect for enjoying old Quebec. While the rooms are not very spacious and noise from nearby construction is a downside, the cleanliness and helpful staff enhance the overall stay experience.
The hotel had some noise issues that made it hard to sleep, wasn't ideally located to our room with limited space for two adults with luggage. The service was exceptional, with multilingual and accommodating staff offering free parking. The location, although a bit farther from historic sites, provided a pleasant walk to Old Quebec with polite and knowledgeable staff.
